The nuts (a mix of almonds, cashews, pecans and walnuts) are smoked, roasted, then tossed with our smoked chile oil, Vermont honey, salt, herbs and spices. They have a hint of smokiness, a little sweetness, and a bit of spiciness. They have quickly become a staff favorite snack around the mill!
